An honest look at the other ways Singapore households manage a domestic helper, including where HelperMate is not the best fit. Last reviewed 17 September 2026.
HelperMate is used by two people, not one. The employer writes the day's tasks once in their own language. The helper opens her own app and reads the same list in hers — fully translated in 8 languages, partly in 3 more. Around that shared list sit petty cash records and a record of money handed over that both sides can see, and reminders for MOM deadlines.
So the useful question is not "which app has the most features". It is whether both of you will actually use it, in your own languages, every day.
HelperMate is operated by TEMFARMING (UEN 53508432C), Singapore, at helpermate.app.
