For Singapore maid agencies: turn the placements you make into your strongest marketing.
Why this matters to your agency
Every agency says its helpers are reliable. Few can show what happens after the placement. HelperMate is the app your families and helpers use together every day, so it can measure how long your placements last — and give you an independent number you can put in front of every family you talk to.
Each listed agency gets one public card, with a button to your own website. The numbers come only from households whose helper chose your agency in the app and agreed to be counted.

A placement can end for many reasons — a family moves, a contract ends early, a helper returns home. The card shows how often placements last, not why one ended.
Once your card is published, these are ways to put it to work. The examples below use Example Agency A.
Place your headline number on your homepage or listing page, linked to your public card so families can check it.
Share a milestone when your numbers update. Real results travel further than slogans.
Open your card on your phone when a family asks, "How do I know this will work out?"
One clear number with its source is easier to trust than a list of promises.
Paste your card's link into WhatsApp chats with prospective families, next to your quotation.
Watch your numbers over time and spot placements that need support early — without surveying families. You see totals only, never any household's records.
When you quote your card in advertising, quote the number together with its source and household count, and follow MOM's rules for employment agency advertisements.
These are the aims of the scorecard. They are not results yet.
The helper decides. Choosing an agency in the app and agreeing to be counted are two separate steps. Being counted is off unless the helper turns it on, and they can turn it off at any time.
Nothing is shown below 10 households. A card stays hidden until at least 10 households agree to be counted, and no figure is ever based on a single household.
No individual records. Agencies see only the totals on their card. They never receive any household's or helper's records.
See our Privacy Policy for how HelperMate handles data today. The scorecard will be added to it before it goes live.
Your card fills up as the families you place use HelperMate. Here is what it takes.
Ask to be listed — it is free. Your agency name then appears in the app for helpers to choose.
When you place a helper, suggest the app to the family. The employer and the helper each install it and link their household.
In the app, the helper picks your agency and decides whether to be counted. Being counted is the helper's choice.
Once 10 households are counted, your card is published. From then on, it is yours to share.
Listing is free. Tell us your agency name and MOM licence number, and we will get in touch.
